Radar level meter measures ammonia in a fertilizer plant
Ammonia refers to an aqueous solution of ammonia with a strong pungent odor and weak alkaline. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from fire and heat. Avoid direct sunlight and keep the container tightly closed. It should be stored separately from acids, metal powders, etc. Open-air storage tanks must have cooling measures in summer.
Ammonia is often used in agricultural fertilizers, in the chemical industry for the manufacture of various ammonium salts, aminating agents for organic synthesis, and catalysts for the production of thermosetting phenolic resins. In the textile industry, it is used in wool spinning, silk, printing and dyeing industries, for washing wool, woolen cloth, grey cloth, oil stains, dyeing aids, and pH adjustment. It is also used in the alkalization of pharmacy, tannery, thermos flask (prepared with silver plating solution), rubber and grease.
The following picture shows our radar level meter is measuring ammonia. The user is a domestic fertilizer plant. Considering the relatively small range, we choose the guided wave radar level meter; the customer is very satisfied with our guided wave radar level meter. As a manufacturer of radar level meter, we will select the appropriate model and level gauge for you according to your specific measurement medium and range.
